Jadis Additiva bv (Jadis), situated in Schiedam, is responsible for processing your personal data. This Privacy Statement serves to inform you of the manner in which Jadis processes your personal data.
Jadis takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes suitable measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access, accidental disclosure and unpermitted amendments. Processing personal data
Jadis only processes your personal data to make and maintain contact with you, to conclude the agreement, and to offer, deliver or invoice our products and services. Jadis only processes your personal data on a lawful basis. For example, Jadis processes your personal data to implement or prepare an agreement with you, on the basis of your permission or a statutory obligation.
Third parties
Jadis shall deal carefully with your personal data and shall only provide those to third parties on the basis of your permission, if this is essential to implement an agreement with you, or if Jadis has a statutory obligation to do so.
Retention period
Jadis stores your personal data no longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, unless this is required to comply with statutory obligations. Personal data relevant to the administration of Jadis are retained for maximum 7 years.
Your rights
Inspect, rectify or erase data
The GDPR provides a data subject with a number of rights. You can send Jadis a request to exercise the following rights.
- You have a right to inspect your personal data
- You have a right to rectify your personal data if they are incorrect;
- You have a right to have your personal data erased.
- You always have a right to withdraw your permission, if that is the basis for Jadis’ processing, at any time.
- You have the right to object to your personal data being processed if Jadis’ legitimate interest is the basis for processing.
- You have a right to data portability, if permission or the legitimate interest is the basis for processing.
This means you can submit a request to Jadis to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or to another organisation designated by you. You can send a request for inspection, rectification, erasure or data portability of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or your objection to processing personal data to info@jadis-additiva.com.
To ascertain that any of the above-mentioned requests was actually made by you, Jadis requires you to submit a copy of your proof of identity with your request. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizens service number on this copy to protect your privacy. Jadis will respond to your request within a reasonable period, but no later than within four weeks.
Jadis would also like to point out that you have the option to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority
Automated decision-making
Jadis does not take decisions about matters, which may have considerable consequences for persons, on the basis of automated processing. This concerns decisions that are taken by computer programmes or systems without human intervention, for example an employee of Jadis.
Cookies of Google Analytics
The Jadis website uses Google Analytics. This is a service provided by Google Inc. Google Analytics is a web-analysis service that uses cookies to analyse how our website is used. These cookies are used to store visitors information, for example the duration of your visit to our website. Google may provide this information to third parties in an anonymised form. Jadis reserves the right to amend this Privacy Statement at any time. These amendments will be announced on the Jadis website. The most current version will be available on our website. Jadis advises you to check the webpages regularly to see if any changes have been implemented.
